Tenant Application Fee Agreement

The party(s) below (“Tenant”) hereby submits a non-refundable $75.00 application fee in the form of cash or a money order which is payable to Hall Family Investors, LLC, its successors, and assigns, (“Landlord”) at the time of application in consideration for Landlord’s review of Tenant’s submitted application documents for consideration of tenancy. The fee is non-refundable irregardless of the results of the application process and is paid to reimburse Landlord for its expenses in reviewing said application. Tenant understands, at Landlord’s request, Tenant shall also directly or indirectly make an additional fee payment for the gathering of third party reports (criminal and similar).
