Purchaser may apply this Offer from one of the following promotional limited offer options:

Offer:  Up to $10,000 in Seller and Preferred Lender Paid Closing Costs, Prepaids, Points, and/or Rate Buydown Contribution Promotion. Purchaser shall receive up to 1% of their total loan amount as a lender-paid closing credit from a Luxor Homes lender partner, and an additional 1.5% of the total purchase price (up to $10,000) from Luxor Homes in the form of a seller-paid closing credit.

In the event the purchaser has selected a single-family home that is complete or scheduled to be complete by 04.23.25 and will close by 04.30.25, Luxor Homes will make this limited promotion available. Purchaser is free to use any lender they prefer; however, the promotion is only available with a mortgage loan obtained through Luxor's preferred lender partner(s) for this offer. Purchaser is not required to use the designated lender partner for a final mortgage loan commitment. Purchaser is free to compare and determine that they are receiving the best services and best rate for those services. Luxor Homes does not have an ownership interest in or an affiliation with the designated lender partner and is not receiving any consideration from the lender partner in connection with this program. Luxor Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw any offer at any time. This is not an offer to enter into an interest rate or discount point agreement; any such agreement may only be made in writing and signed by both the borrower and the lender.
