When you buy a new Luxor Homes home, we will sponsor a child through Save The Children in your name for one full year. This is our way to say thank you from our family, to your family, and spread the good to another family in need.
How It Works: At closing, you will be put on the SaveTheChildren web page and be offered the opportunity to select a Country, Age category, and sex category for a child to be sponsored. Within three weeks, you will receive a welcome packet with information about your sponsored child. If you like, you will have the opportunity to respond/communicate with said child and share the joy of helping their family with the rest of your family.

Despite a challenging economic environment, Luxor Homes has not reduced staffing or cut back its Warranty Services as a long term commitment to its clients. Luxor Homes specializes in Value-Driven Custom construction: Maximum square footage, Efficient floor plans, Attention to Detail and Customized layouts. Although we have built custom homes costing in excess of $750,000, our specialty is patio homes priced between $145,000 - $160,000, Townhomes & Attached-Custom Homes priced between $175,000 - $215,000, and single family housing priced between $245,000 and $750,000.
We are a family owned business who limits the number of homes under construction at any one time to assure attention to your investment. Although we are committed to customize plans to fit your unique needs and offer superior finishes, you will be delighted to find our prices are in line with many "track-cookie cutter" builders.

You will find our Quick Move-in models equipped with the above exceptional standards but in some cases, deep discounted upgrades like granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and custom trim work are included. The owner, Randy Hall, meets with every new client to verify their personal goals and concerns. He then actively monitors your account, is typically involved in your personal periodic inspections, and attends your closing to assure all matters are handled correctly. Our friendly staff is trained and dedicated to supporting your needs during and after the construction of your home.
We maintain active relationships with many third party professionals including lenders, accountants, attorneys and others you may find beneficial to assist your decision making. As a licensed realtor, Luxor's owner, Randy can also assist you in selling your home and in some cases will buy your home as an investment for our Rent-to-Own division which provides quality housing for those who may not fit the rigid financial requirements of today's mortgage lenders. Luxor Homes' owner, Randy Hall, is educated, holding Bachelorette & Masters Degrees in Business, Accounting and Finance. He has a background in banking and spent many years as president of a large, regional real estate construction and development conglomerate prior to starting Luxor Homes.
Randy is intimately involved in all aspects of construction and has built over 400 homes in the past fifteen years. Randy created Luxor Homes believing that a smaller, family oriented company could provide a more Personal and Higher Quality Building Experience. Randys educational background has also benefited many families who are uncomfortable handling the sometimes complex documentation required by banks, title companies, and municipalities. According to our many satisfied clients, this approach has proven very successful as measured by the infrequent number of warranty call-backs, and overall satisfaction of our clients.

At Luxor Homes, a great level of attention is spent in quality construction. In addition to our field staff and your regular inspections, our owner personally inspects every Luxor Homes homeat key stages of construction to verify his high expectations. Quality Control is key.

ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Extended Warranty
Luxor Homes offers its clients one of the best and most extensive warranties in the industry. Our Customer Care Team is committed to meeting your needs from inception of our relationship through the warranty period.
Your new construction home warranty will include a two-year guarantee against material defects and a ten-year guarantee against structural defects. Our clients will receive a drywall touchup after one year from move-in and tailor other service calls to meet your busy schedule.
